just cause you started eating something doesn’t mean you have to finish it.
I miss feeling my hip bones hurt when I’d lay on the floor. I miss my friends saying my ass was too boney to sit on their laps. I miss being a size 2 and being too small to shop in the womens section. I miss my families comments about me needing to eat a sandwich as I stuffed my face with safe foods. I miss getting all my friends hand-me-downs and them NEVER fitting my small frame. I miss how my collarbones stuck out. I miss how my thighs never touched so none of my jeans needed to be tossed out. I don’t know why I ever fucking gave up. I just didn’t want to hate food, I love food but its not my friend.

Ab exercises I like! Because they hurt, and that usually means it’s working!!!
Star crunches - Not a food! I can’t find it anywhere but you lay in a star position and you reach up your right leg to your left arm (or the opposite) and touch them so on so forth
Heel touches - So like get on the ground with your knees up (rest of your body down) and just wiggle around your whole upper body to touch your hands to your heels. Don’t only use your hands that ruins it
Leg raises - Ouchhhhh. Lay flat on the ground, and raise your legs in the air repeatedly, it hurt
Leg singular raise? - Idk but find the most painful part on your abs of a leg raise and just hold your legs there as long as possible
